Questions people actually ask
Do I pay when I book?
No. Booking online just holds the slot — you pay in the studio by card or cash after the treatment, or from your session card if you have one.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge half the session, because the slot almost never refills that late.
Are the prices the same in the evening?
Yes. There is no peak pricing, which is exactly why the 5pm and 5:30pm slots disappear first.
Do you do gift vouchers?
We do — any treatment or any value, valid for twelve months. Message us through the contact page and we'll send one the same day.
